General Information
This car park is Private Land, managed and monitored by ANPRODATA.
By entering or remaining on this land, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms & Conditions
Permit Holders Only — valid permits must be clearly displayed in the vehicle’s windscreen.
Park Correctly — vehicles must be parked wholly within a single marked bay.
Follow Signage — vehicles must comply with all on-site signage and instructions.
Accessible Bays — for Blue Badge holders only; the badge must be clearly displayed.
Electric Vehicle Bays — for charging electric vehicles only.
Parking Charges
A Parking Charge of £100 will apply for any breach of these terms and conditions.*
Charges must be paid within 28 days of issue.
Failure to pay may result in a £70 collection fee being added.
Additional charges apply for each 24-hour period (or part thereof) that the vehicle remains in breach or returns while still in violation.
Charges apply 24 hours a day, all year round.
The driver is liable for any outstanding charges, collection fees, interest, and legal costs.
Where lawful, such amounts may also be recovered from the registered keeper or other liable parties.
*All parking charges are issued and escalated in line with the International Parking Community (IPC) Code of Practice — available at www.theipc.info/publications.
Data Protection
Personal data — including vehicle registration details and images captured by ANPR or enforcement officers — may be collected to ensure compliance with these terms.
This data may be shared with the DVLA to obtain registered keeper information when necessary for enforcement.
