Independent Appeals Service (IAS)
If your appeal to ANPRODATA is unsuccessful, you have the right to escalate your case to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS).
The IAS is an independent adjudication body that reviews disputes between motorists and parking operators who are members of the International Parking Community (IPC).
It operates completely separately from ANPRODATA and ensures that all appeals are handled fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the law.
How the IAS Process Works
Once you receive an appeal rejection from ANPRODATA, you will also receive a unique IAS reference number and a link to the IAS website.
You must submit your IAS appeal within 21 days of receiving the rejection notice.
You can upload your evidence, photographs, or any supporting documents directly to the IAS portal.
The IAS will review both your evidence and the parking operator’s evidence before making a final decision.
Important Notes
The IAS is completely impartial — ANPRODATA has no influence over their decision.
Once a decision has been made by the IAS, it is legally binding on the operator.
Motorists who choose not to use the IAS process retain the right to pursue the matter independently, including through the courts.
For more details or to submit an IAS appeal, please visit the official IAS website

If You Don’t Pay or Appeal
If no payment or appeal is received within the time stated on your PCN:
The discounted rate will expire, and the full charge will become payable.
The case may be referred to a debt recovery agency acting on our behalf.
Continued non-payment may result in legal action to recover the outstanding balance.
To avoid additional costs or escalation, please ensure you pay or appeal within the specified timeframe.
